Par Theory Golf's four bays can only support a limited number of members. Founding Member reservations are capped at the first 50, on a first-come basis. Once they're gone, this closes automatically. Your $10 is fully refundable and simply secures your place in that limited group. Membership pricing and structure are still being finalized, so this doesn't lock you into specific terms, only priority access and favorable pricing once they're set.

Is this a real charge today?

Yes. Clicking Reserve takes you to a secure Stripe checkout for $10. It's fully refundable at any time and doesn't commit you to a membership.

What does "fully refundable" mean?

You can ask for it back at any time, before or after joining, no questions asked. Just email us and we'll refund it directly through Stripe.

What happens to my $10 if Par Theory Golf doesn't end up opening?

You get it back in full, no exceptions. This reservation is always refundable, whether or not the club ultimately opens.

How many Founding spots are there?

We're capping Founding Membership at the first 50 reservations, on a first-come basis, since our four bays can only comfortably support a limited number of total members.

Where will Par Theory Golf be located?

We're still finalizing the exact space, but you can expect it to be somewhere central and easy to reach in Durango. Founding Members hear the address as soon as it's locked in.

Do I have to be a member to play?

No. Non-members can book simulator time at our public hourly rate. Members simply get priority booking and better pricing.

Can I bring a guest?

We're planning to allow members to bring guests, likely for a small guest fee. The exact guest policy is still being finalized.

What simulator technology will you use?

We're still finalizing the exact setup, but it will be high-end, tour-level equipment built for real practice, not just casual play.

Is the pricing final?

No. We're still finalizing membership structure and pricing. The ranges on this page are our current planning estimates. Founding Members get priority access and the most favorable terms once everything is locked in.

When do you open?

We're targeting an opening in 2027. Founding Members hear the exact date first.
